You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for bottles that are unopened and remain in their original sealed condition.
Contact Cereblue with your order number before sending your return. We will provide the return instructions.
For returns under this 30-day policy, you arrange and pay for return postage. We do not charge a restocking fee. Once the returned items have been received and checked, we will confirm the refund. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.
If your order arrives damaged, is faulty or contains an incorrect item, please contact us so we can help. The terms of our voluntary 30-day returns policy are in addition to, and do not limit, your statutory rights.
